Head of IT (FOREX COMPANY)
Job Description: Responsibilities:
Planning, developing and implementing the IT budget, obtaining competitive prices from suppliers, to ensure cost effectiveness
implementing the IT Software Development and IT Security strategy.
To provide the link between the management, development team and any third party regarding software functionality, throughout the development lifecycle
Day to day management of change requests in relation to the project plans to ensure agreed deadlines are met
Managing the IT infrastructure across the enterprise.
Arranging the acquiring software programs hardware for the Company.
Initiates and inputs to shared project vision across the team
Managing outsourced services related to the IT systems of the Company.
Qualifications required:
Degree in Computer Science or related
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position
End to end experience of the project lifecycle
Financial application background is a must (preferably FX)
Relevant experience interacting directly with end users.
Results orientated with good communication and interpersonal skills.
An attractive remuneration package offered to the successful person.
