Job Purpose:

Our client is an international organization currently seeking highly motivated and intelligent individuals to join its team in Nicosia.

Customer support consultants utilise market and product knowledge to ensure that service excellence is achieved within the support department. The team is responsible for providing high-quality telephone support for all financial markets and functionality issues relating to the organisation. An important part of the role is ensuring the accuracy of the data which is collected and reported.

Requirements:

Solid customer support experience
Excellent computer skills
Financial market knowledge desirable
Strong communication skills, both oral (telephone) and written
Team player
Fluent English plus language skills in one of the following: Arabic, Greek, Turkish, Iranian, Hebrew.
