Our leading client is looking for a Client Accountant working in the Finance departing and reporting to the Finance and Operation Manager.

This role is based out of the Putney Office with travel to the Northampton office at least three days per month.

This marketing company is looking for individuals who are results oriented, good communication skills and who is customer service focused.

Job Purpose:

• To lead two client Billers across both Northampton and Putney sites
• To act as a Quality Champion and be responsible for ensuing best practice throughout the Finance department as well as provide excellent service to their Account Management and Production Teams.

Key Responsibilities:
The perfect individual will be dealing with sties including the day to day tasks:

• WIP Management
• Job Costing
• Client Invoicing
• Income forecasting at job level
• Credit Control
• Ad hoc reporting
• Timesheets

Qualifications & Experience:
The perfect candidate will have:

• Experience of a service environment with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding customer, supplier needs
• Experience of working within a self managing, multi tasking role
• Communicating with customers, suppliers both verbally and writing
• MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
• Also experience of working with Concept v2006 is desirabable
