Human Resources Manager - Nicosia

A leading UK company AP Group are expanding their offices to Cyprus and due to this are looking to recruit a Human Resources Manager for their offices in Nicosia.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct the Human Resource function within the Mediterranean Area to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business unit 
  • Employee Relations – advising management and managing challenging casework including absence, disciplinaries, grievances, sickness etc
  • Performance Management – providing or arranging coaching for managers on performance management and other people issues and processes
  • Learning and Development – providing guidance on development for managers and their teams
  • Training – implementing the training and development agenda; identifying areas that need attention and improvement; drawing up training plan and monitoring/reporting processes
  • Recruitment & Retention – managing talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns
  • Reward – advising and supporting employees on company benefits
  • Negotiations – assisting in drawing up negotiating strategies and pay proposals
  • Policy & Procedures – implementation of new HR policies, procedures and processes, including communication and training for employees and managers as appropriate
  • Ensuring all Area policies and procedures are up to date and in line with current employment law
  • Develop with Area Director the HR strategy and 3-4 year HR plan for the new business unit
  • Work as part of Corporate HR project teams as and when required 
Requirements:
  • Experienced HR professional
  • CIPD qualified or similar international qualification or working towards qualification is desirable
  • Fluency in Greek and English is essential 
  • Broad understanding of employment law issues and reward/compensation issues
  • A professional and commercial approach to HR, with the ability to deliver high employee satisfaction, appropriate development and reward for individuals.

Account Manager - Japanese Speaking - Limassol



A successful company Based in Limassol, due to expansion is looking to recruit an Account Manager who is a Japanese speaker for their offices.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Taking overall responsibility for the company’s clients
